Step-by-Step Application Process

Register on CEI portal using email/mobile no.
Activate ID through link sent via mail and login with credentials.
Fill form with personal, academic, work details and other information.
Pay fee via E-GRAS Haryana (https://egrashry.nic.in/)
Upload all required documents.
Submit application and download application form.

Supervisor	New	480/- Rs for One Year (The new license will be issued for period of one year only.)
	Renewal	240/- Rs for One Year
		1140/- Rs For five years
	Late Fee	120/- Rs After 14 days Upto 30 days
		240/- Rs More then 30 up to 365
	Upgradation Fee	Nil/-
Contractor	New	4020/- Rs for One Year (The new license will be issued for period of one year only.)
	Renewal	6300/- Rs for Five Year (The new license will be Renewed for period of five years only.)
	Late Fee	360/- Rs After 14 days Upto 30 days
		4020/- Rs More then 30 days
	Upgradation Fee	2520/- Rs
